International news: From Wednesday, America has imposed Trump tariffs of up to 50 percent on India. This move can increase pressure on those sectors and companies whose major part of income is related to American exports. Market experts believe that its effect can also be seen in the stock market. Also, many domestic companies will remain in the eyes of investors due to their announcements and deals.

Indigo (InterGlobe Aviation)

According to reports, its co-founder Rakesh Gangwal and the Chinkarpu Family Trust are planning to sell their 3.1% stake in the airline company IndiGo. This block deal will be worth around Rs 7,027 crore, and the shares will be sold at a discount of 4%.

RVNL

To increase focus on railway and infrastructure projects, RVNL has formed a joint venture with Texmaco Rail and Engineering. In this partnership, RVNL's share will be 51%, and Texmaco's share will be 49%.

Tata Steel

The company has invested Rs 3,100 crore in its subsidiary T Steel Holdings Private Limited, Singapore. This investment is considered to be part of an effort to strengthen global operations.

Dr. Reddy's

The drug maker has obtained interim relief from the Telangana High Court against income tax reassessment related to its merger with DRHL.

Zaggle Prepaid

The company said that it has signed an agreement with Standard Chartered Bank, under which various prepaid and fintech services will be expanded.

United Breweries

The company is going to set up a new canning line at Nizam Brewery in Telangana. This will be an investment of Rs 90 crore, which will add an additional capacity of 0.4 million liters to meet the demand of Kingfisher and Heineken.

Oil India and BPCL

Both the companies have announced a joint venture to build a gas distribution network in Arunachal Pradesh. Under this project, CNG stations will be opened, and PNG supply will be provided to homes and industries.

Biocon

The company's subsidiary Biocon Pharma has received provisional approval from the USFDA for Sitagliptin tablets (25 mg, 50 mg, and 100 mg).

Power Grid

The company has been given the responsibility of setting up the interstate transmission system in Karnataka.

BSE

BSE's subsidiaries, BSE Investments and BSE Administration & Supervision, have approved the proposal for merger with BSE Technologies.
